Penang Gong Th'ng is a Hokkien delight that is made of pounded peanuts and sugar, which is an ideal combination with Callebaut Recipe N° 70-30-38, an extra-bitter dark chocolate with a great boost of roasted cocoa.



Recipe N° has an intense chocolate taste and it's bitterness is so overwhelming that you can't really taste the sweetness of the Gong Th'ng, but the unique flavour and texture of the Gong Th'ng with a hint of Himalayan salt will create a rollercoaster taste explosion.
