Dark Chocolate Sake

Dark Chocolate filled with a layer of White Chocolate before getting the taste of Sake and green tea infused White Chocolate filling. This created a rich flavour textures with a kick of Japanese alcohol.

According to Japan Guide, Sake is made from fermented rice. The foundations of good sake are quality rice, clean water, koji mold and yeast. They are combined and fermented in precise processes that have been refined over the centuries.
